So Jedi Survivor finally has a release date and you can officially begin getting hyped up for the next chapter in the journey of Cal Kestis! So hit that subscribe button and let’s break down the news.

Just now we got a huge listing on the Playstation Network Database, finally confirming after all this time that Star Wars: Jedi Survivor will be releasing at worst in Early March, but possibly even Late february. You can already add the game to your wishlist on Playstation and Origin with this listing, so make sure you go and put it on yours if you’re excited for the game….

If I had to guess, i’d say the February release date is more likely since that’s when the Mandalorian Season 3 is coming out and they’ll probably want to capitalize on that hype… And with that in mind, maybe Cal will have some connection to that season…

To go along with this announcement, we get more ramping up of the hype machine coming from the toy side of things with Black Series dropping. In the figure you can see Cal Kestis holding his iconic lightsaber, interestingly along with a blaster on his leg… This could mean that there is going to be a ton of Blaster gameplay throughout Jedi Survivor, Almost calling back to the old Kyle Katarn days.

On top of that you can see that Cal Has Facial hair, which he doesn’t have in the trailer, so maybe that indicates a time skip within the game. We know for sure that Survivor is set 5 years after Fallen Order at the start, but maybe the story takes a huge time skip somwhere in the middle.
