In the very early days of the Clone Wars, the planet christophsis was invaded by the fearsome separatist General, Whorm Loathsom, who subjugated the population in in the name of destroying the corrupt republic. But how did General Loathsom get chosen for the separatist military, and why was he so respected by Republic military officials on the other side? Lets find out.

Before the Clone Wars kicked off, General Loathsome was a member of his homeworld’s defense force, called the Kerkoidian defense force. Because their homeworld was far out in the expansion region of the galaxy, the Jedi never had enough time to intervene in disputes that arise out there, and half the time they were never even sent, because before the war they served solely at the behest of the Chancellor and the Galactic senate.

As a result of being left without any support from the Republic government, the planet Kerkoidia gathered it’s toughest warriors, along with it’s most intelligent minds, to form the Kerkoidia planetary defence force in order to keep their world safe.

Among the ranks of this newly formed army was the fierce and incredibly intelligent Whorm Loathsom, who was disgusted with the Republic’s lack of care for outer rim and expansion region planets.

After many years of service for his planetary defence force, the Confederacy of independent systems came along and began recruiting from every outer rim and expansion region planet they could, looking for people who hated the republic’s corruption.
