Steel models capture the action of The Last Jedi
Metal Earth has introduced four new steel model kits based on vehicles from Star Wars: The Last Jedi. The Resistance Ski Speeder, Kylo Ren’s TIE Silencer, the AT-M6 Heavy Assault Walker, and the Resistance Bomber each comprise two sheets of parts and can be assembled with only a moderate degree of difficulty. Metal Earth model kits are made from parts that are cut out of highquality 4-inch-square steel sheets. The pieces are snipped out of the sheets, and are then assembled by bending tabs and inserting them through their corresponding connecting points, without the need for glue or solder.
The new vehicles from The Last Jedi join Metal Earth’s impressive array of previously released Star Wars kits, which includes offerings from the original and prequel trilogies, The Force Awakens, and Rogue One. In addition to vehicles, droids have proven popular, and fans can fi nd Metal Earth kits for C-3PO, R2-D2, BB-8, and K-2SO. Metal Earth also offers a Millennium Falcon model in its larger-scaled Iconx line, which boasts even more detail.
