How Did The Grand Inquisitor Help Anakin During Order 66 at the Jedi Temple?

In the months leading up to the execution of Order 66 by Chancellor Palpatine, the Sith Lord noticed a dark discontent within one young Pau’An Jedi… especially after the Trial of Barriss Offee.
