Is Darth Vader Overpowered? Star Wars Battlefront II

The new changes to Darth Vaders Choke Ability as it now gives 80% damage reduction when it was supposed to give 20%. This Choke Glitch has possibly made darth vader broken in battlefront 2 as he can already get 1150 health with the bonus health star card and focused rage! Do you think hes overpowered?
