Legacy of the Force: Inferno is the sixth novel in the Legacy of the Force series. It is a paperback by Troy Denning and was published on August 28, 2007 by Del Rey, though the Science Fiction Book Club published an exclusive hardcover of it. The novel tells of the events as war breaks loose and the galaxy explodes into an all-out civil war with casualties mounting on both sides of the conflict. The cover portrays Luke Skywalker during the Battle of Kashyyyk. The book includes an interview covering the creation of the Legacy of the Force series, as well as a preview of the next novel in the series, Legacy of the Force: Fury. The audio version was narrated by Marc Thompson.
