In this LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, I talk about how there will be over 200 Playable Characters, and that Luke Skywalker (Return of the Jedi) has been confirmed, as well as C-3PO, with details on his new Abilities. I also talk about how it has been officially confirmed that all nine Episodes have been split into 5 Levels, giving us a total of 45 Missions to play through. TT Games are also planning on using a fully voiced cast, but Game Director, James McLoughlin has also revealed that they may add an option to turn off the dialogue, and use the Classic mumbling. This game features 150 flyable Ships, which is the most amount of vehicles that TT Games have ever put into a LEGO Video Game.
All Big Ships are fully explorable. You can buy the Super Star Destroyer, fly another Ship inside it, explore the Deck, Hanger, and the Death Star. Lightsaber Combat is fluid, and deeper with a natural, and realistic feel, as you pull off combos with a mix of light, mid, and heavy attacks. You also have full control to completely manipulate any LEGO Objects with the Force, such as rocks, and bushes, which you can rotate, and stack up on top of each other, as well as Enemies, which you can Force Grab, and throw. You can also perform Obi-Wan Kenobi’s famous Jedi Mind Trick Ability to force a Bantha to dance. In the Open World, you can fully explore an open area of Space over Tatooine, until a Star Destroyer comes out of Hyperspace, and appears right in front of you, before it starts deploying multiple Tie Fighters to swarm your Ship, resulting in a Dynamic Dogfight in Space, which is just one of many of the random events that can occur while you’re exploring the Galaxy in this game. You can also explore Tatooine’s Lars Homestead, Home to Luke’s Uncle Owen, and Aunt Beru, check out the Moisture Farm, and Luke’s Workshop with the T16-Sky Hopper, and visit Ben Kenobi’s House, Mos Espa, Jabba the Hutt’s Palace, the Sarlacc Pit, Anchorhead, which is said to be home to Ewoks, and Mos Eisley Chalmun’s Cantina. You can Ride a Bantha, drive a Landspeeder, fight Tusken Raiders, or do Side Missions, which earn you currency to upgrade Ships. After you have defeated the Rancor as Luke, you can choose whether to keep exploring, or continue the story at Jabba’s Sail Barge. You can use Hyperspace to get back to Space, and choose which Planet you want to travel to next, in addition to Sector travel. HUB Menu features mini LEGO Sets representing each film, such as, Luke and Wampa for Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back, and Quin-Gon Jinn, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Droidekas for Episode I – The Phantom Menace. Lastly, I talk about how there are 20 explorable Planets, such as, Tatooine, Geonosis, Dagobah Yoda Hut, Starkiller Base, Hoth, Cloud City, Naboo, Coruscant Uscru District, Mustafar, Utapau, Crait, Rebel Base, and Kashyk.
