Star Wars: Hyperspace Stories: The Bad Batch—Ghost Agents is a 2025 five-issue canon comic miniseries from Dark Horse Comics (part of the Hyperspace Stories line). It is the first solo comics miniseries focused on Clone Force 99 (the Bad Batch).
Plot overview
Set during the Clone Wars (between 21–20 BBY, while Asajj Ventress is still a Separatist), the story follows Hunter, Wrecker, Crosshair, and Tech. A daring heist on Coruscant steals a list of Republic “ghost agents” (covert operatives providing vital intelligence to the Jedi and Republic). The Bad Batch is tasked with recovering the list and capturing the thief.
Their pursuit takes them through the galaxy’s underbelly, including Coruscant’s underworld and the Kessel spice mines. They clash with the Pyke Syndicate and face a rogues’ gallery of antagonists, including bounty hunters Embo and Aurra Sing, plus Asajj Ventress. The clones must use their specialized skills and unconventional tactics to succeed, as the Republic’s war effort hangs in the balance.
