The 2024 release of Star Wars: Thrawn Alliances is a comic-book adaptation of Timothy Zahn’s novel, spanning issues #1-4. It follows Grand Admiral Thrawn and Darth Vader as they are tasked with a critical mission under Emperor Palpatine. The story delves into their complex past, when Thrawn and a younger Anakin Skywalker joined forces during a hunt for Padmé Amidala. In this new mission, both are tested to their limits by a powerful new enemy.
This trade paperback (TPB) edition is set to be released by Marvel Comics, featuring artwork by Andrea Di Vito and Patrick Olliffe, and cover art by Rod Reis. It is expected to be around 112 pages long and rated for teen audiences.
