The battle of Geonosis was the battle that kicked off the Galaxy wide conflict known as the Clone Wars and despite it being so early, it was actually one of the Bloodiest. During the Battle one Clone Trooper got so lucky that not only did he save his own life, but possibly those of the Entire republic forces…
During the battle there was a Clone Trooper called CT-1226 and as the battle began he noticed a problem with his comms unit. Every time his squad mates would call out or speak on it, his helmet would be filled with nothing but deafening static and crackles. Despite this, he always kept close to his squad and within visual distance so that he wouldn’t lose them…
Later in the day, he and his brothers came across droids of every variety and they were blocking the direct path that Republic forces had to take to the Separatist headquarters on the planet. now this is where things start to go wrong for this Clone Trooper. One of the AT-TEs being used by the republic forces began to malfunction and fired on CT-1226, sending him deep inside of a crater on the surface.
At this point, his vision was shaky and his HUD was knocked out. as if things couldn’t get worse, when the Clone began to climb out of the whole he was put in, a menacing two-wheeled Hailfire droid screeched across the crater, thankfully with one wheel on each side, keeping the lucky clone alive.
