In this Star Wars news update, we talk about the Obi-Wan Kenobi series and after the recent teaser, we have leaks for Darth Vader, Anakin Skywalker flashbacks in the Clone Wars era, Qui-Gon’s force ghost/voice and even a reference to Padme Amidala. Obi-Wan will start the show isolated on Tatooine watching over Luke Skywalker and the Lars Homestead, but when he is called to rescue Leia and Inquisitors start searching for him and other Jedi who survived Order 66, he is taken off-world.

We also have new info on Yoda’s lightsaber from Star Wars comics Crimson Reign issue 3. In the Book of Boba Fett, Luke Skywalker offers it to Grogu during his choice and while he chose to return to Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal), Star Wars fans are curious how Luke got Yoda’s lightsaber that was seemingly destroyed in Revenge of the Sith. Well, Qi’ra has the answer. With Kenobi by Deborah Chow dropping on May 25th, we can expect Lucasfilm to pick up on marketing from now on!
