The B-wing Mark II was a starfighter model manufactured by Slayn & Korpil and was in action before the Cold War. Some of its parts were used by Resistance technicians to assemble troop transports.
The B-wing Mark II had a rounded cockpit with space for a single pilot. It was armed with at least an R-9X laser cannon, and was equipped with a precision targeting laser. These systems, as well as the cockpit and life-support, were used by Resistance technicians in the construction of their troop transport.
The B-Wing Mark 2 is an established ship in Star Wars canon, but we’ve only ever seen its cockpit. Two years ago, I imagined what the rest of the ship might look like. Now, I’ve revisited this design to give it more depth and detail.
