In today’s Star Wars news update, we talk about exciting casting news for the Ahsoka Tano series by Dave Filoni starring Rosario Dawson. Sabine Wren is believed to be confirmed and while news outlets are focusing on former Jedi Barriss Offee as the character leak, this isn’t correct. Barriss will probably feature in the Mandalorian spin-off as a Sith Inquisitor since she has a history with Ahsoka from the Clone Wars but in this instance, Sabine Wren will likely help Ahsoka find Ezra Bridger and Grand Admiral Thrawn who were thrown into hyperspace at the end of Star Wars Rebels.

It’s also believed that Grogu (Baby Yoda) will appear perhaps with Luke Skywalker. The show will also take us to the World Between Worlds and could have implications on the Sequel Trilogy and the Skywalker Saga on the whole. The show is part of the Mando-verse by Jon Favreau and was first announced last year by Kathleen Kennedy. It’s an exciting time to be a Star Wars fan and with the Bad Batch, the Book of Boba Fett in December and the Mandalorian Season 3 next year with Obi-Wan Kenobi, Andor and more, this is the way!
