Jake never deserved the negativity pushed on him. He portrayed the role of Anakin Skywalker as best as he could, and he did a fantastic job. His enthusiasm and those nice memories of being on set probably burnt his feelings towards Star Wars, which saddens me. I was bullied for liking it Star Wars, I can’t even imagine how Jake must have felt having starred in it. Either way, you are Anakin Skywalker, and that’s something no one can take away from you! Hope you enjoyed this behind the scenes look on the casting of Anakin Skywalker and everything that went into the process of finding Obi-Wan’s apprentice. I still wonder what things would have been like, had Qui-Gon Jinn survived the fight with Maul.
