No Jedi was more powerful than Yoda. Yoda was the Archon of the Light. Mace and Yoda were both elite duelists in the class of Palpatine and Dooku but Yoda’s force powers were on a level that Mace couldn’t touch. He CAUGHT Dooku’s Force Lightning FFS, something that not even Anakin could do.
