The Sith are much harder to defeat than the Jedi are. They are fewer in numbers, tougher to find, and in all honesty – more powerful in general, as far as Star Wars: Legends history is concerned. Taking out a Sith requires formidable knowledge of the Force, the highest level of close combat, and lightsaber-wielding skills.
