News For The Mandalorian Season 3, Game Announcement?

In this Star Wars news update, we talk about a possible big announcement by Lucasfilm for a Mandalorian game that could come soon! We also discuss Bryce Dallas Howard who directed for the Mandalorian Season 2 when Bo-Katan Kryze was brought into live-action. It’s reported that she has directed an episode of the Book of Boba Fett and will direct for the Mandalorian Season 3 as well! The return of Pedro Pascal as Din Djarin and his allies will be next year according to Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni. Baby Yoda – Grogu will probably not appear as he is with Luke Skywalker training to become a Jedi.

At Disney Investor Day 2020, Kathleen Kennedy announced the upcoming Mando-verse of spin-offs including the Ahsoka Tano series, Rangers of the New Republic and the Book of Boba Fett which will feature Temuera Morrison as Boba Fett and Ming-Na Wen as Fennec Shand. After Gina Carano was fired by Disney, fans have been less excited about Star Wars but hype will be back on May 4th with the Bad Batch – the Clone Wars spin-off!

We also discuss the Darksaber and how the Mandalorian history behind it might need to end – even though Sabine Wren is technically the rightful ruler of Mandalore – though Moff Gideon defeated Bo Katan for it and now Mando has it.
