The Obi-Wan Kenobi Series is an upcoming Star Wars, Lucasfilm and Disney+ series that was announced by Kathleen Kennedy during Disney Investor Day 2020. It is set 10 years after Revenge of the Sith and will be the rematch of the century between Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker / Darth Vader. Hayden Christensen has been cast to reprise his role as newly anointed Darth Vader in the wake of the creation of the Galactic Empire under the rule of Darth Sidious (Emperor Palpatine).
