In this Star Wars news update, we talk about an exciting update for the Mandalorian universe and specifically, the Ahsoka Tano series featuring Rosario Dawson and created by Dave Filoni! There are new casting details with a new character. Recently, Mena Massoud teased he might be playing Ezra Bridger from Star Wars Rebels and we also expect a live-action appearance of Grand Admiral Thrawn.

Also, we discuss Pedro Pascal and the Mandalorian Season 3 and how the Book of Boba Fett will bridge the gap between the Season 2 finale with Luke Skywalker rescuing Grogu (Baby Yoda) and Season 3 where there could be a time jump. While it was believed that Bo-Katan Kryze (Katee Sackhoff) would want the Darksaber from Din Djarin, it could turn out that Jon Favreau has bigger plans involving Moff Gideon, Greef Karga, Cobb Vanth and many others as well. Temuera Morrison and Ming-Na Wen as Fennec Shand will hit Disney plus this December in the Book of Boba Fett. After Gina Carano was fired from Lucasfilm by Kathleen Kennedy and her character Cara Dune was supposed to be the original lead in the series Rangers of the New Republic but now, Lucasfilm has to reorganize how they will do things going forward.
