In the closing days of the Clone Wars, a team of the most elite and intelligent officers from the Republic, including Senate Burueau of Intelligence agents, ARC troopers and Jedi Knights were sent to investigate a suspected Sith Base in Sector 943 of Coruscant. This of course was where Dooku Met with his Master Palpatine, at the LiMerge Power building and had a strong connection to Darth Sidious… So, lets find out how their mission went.

The Aurek team, named after the same letter in the aurebesh alphabet was a highly trained and elite unit of SBI agents and ARC troopers, led by Jedi General Mace Windu.

Under Mace Windu’s command was Captain Dyne, who was a highly respected member of the Senate Bureau of Investigation, and finally ARC trooper Commander Valiant.

The Aurek team worked closely with another specialized team called the Bacta Team, which was led by Shaak ti.

After receiving their mission to track down the Mysterious Sith Lord, Darth Sidious, their search led them to the lower levels of the 500 Republica building on Coruscant, where Commander Valiant and his men, minus Mace Windu, remained just as the battle of Corsucant began.
