In some episodes of the Star Wars The Clone Wars TV show, the plot is of the Republic invading and capturing a separatist planet. How do you invade an entire planet? Usually what happens is a Jedi and an army of clones fight to take control of the capital but how does capturing a couple capitals grant you the whole planet? Surely there are many other separatists on other sides of the planet and not enough Jedi/clones to go get them.
