Tusken Raiders, less formally referred to as Sand People or simply as Tuskens, were a culture of nomadic sentients indigenous to the desert planet Tatooine, where they were often hostile to local settlers. Tusken children were called Uli-ah.
Did the Tusken Raiders from The Book of Boba Fett worship Darth Vader? Shortly after the Battle of Yavin, Vader returned to Tatooine to meet with Jabba. While he was there he slaughtered a Tusken Raider camp. A lone survivor passed on the tale of the monster that attacked his people to another village.
Those fearful Tuskens built an effigy of their attacker, and burned the survivor as an offering, all bowing down before it. So is it possible those Tusken Raiders eventually became the same group that captured Boba Fett four years later? That could account for their unique robes, and the fact that their women and children are all trained as warriors. It’s far more likely the different robes are just a design choice. I don’t believe Jon Favreau is directly referencing the Darth Vader comics. But this is some very fun head canon, and I don’t see any harm in pretending it’s true until proven otherwise.
