In this Star Wars news update, we look at new details for the Bad Batch. The titles for episodes 10 to 14 have been revealed for the Clone Wars spin-off by Dave Filoni. One of them seems to imply we might be seeing a young Hera Syndulla from Star Wars Rebels and possibly the Mandalorian Season 3 after Rangers of the New Republic was put on hold. We also talk about a new clone trooper called Captain Ballast who might be in contact with Captain Rex and Ahsoka Tano. It puts into question if he is a rogue clone who has had his inhibitor chip removed. He looks like he could be part of the 501st but his coloration is different.
We also discuss an update for Star Wars Visions, The Book of Boba Fett where Temuera Morrison has revealed they filmed for 7 months and finally, we talk about Vice-Admiral Holdo from Rian Johnson’s Star Wars The Last Jedi who has returned in the War of the Bounty Hunters crossover Marvel comic series. Leia Organa and the Rebels find out that Qi’ra from Solo a Star Wars Story has stolen Han in Carbonite from Boba Fett on his way to Jabba’s Palace.
With Clone Force 99 on the run, the Bad Batch still need to find out who Fennec Shand was sent by – Boba Fett or another Bounty Hunter? The series follows the elite and experimental clones of the Bad Batch (first introduced in The Clone Wars) as they find their way in a rapidly changing galaxy in the immediate aftermath of the Clone War. The Bad Batch is one of the many series announced by Kathleen Kennedy at Disney Investor Day 2020 as well as The Mandalorian Season 3, Star Wars: Ahsoka, Rangers of the New Republic, Lando, Cassian Andor and the Obi-Wan Kenobi series. We’ve had a lot of Star Wars news lately and it’s an amazing time to be a Star Wars fan.
