Big News for Luke Skywalker in Future Projects, The Mandalorian 1

In today’s Star Wars news, we talk about a big rumor for Luke Skywalker in the Mando-verse and future Lucasfilm, Disney+ projects. It’s believed we’ll see Luke and Baby Yoda (Grogu) in the Mandalorian Season 3, Lando, the Ahsoka Tano series and possibly his own spin-off series, The Book of Boba Fett or Rangers of the New Republic. We also discuss the possibility of the Expanded Universe (now Star Wars Legends) Thrawn Trilogy by Timothy Zahn being brought back to canon since we know Grand Admiral Thrawn will come to live-action after Ahsoka teased it in the Mandalorian Season 2.

Could we see Mara Jade Skywalker in the Mandalorian universe? Dave Filoni and Jon Favreau might want to please fans and move away from what Kathleen Kennedy brought to Star Wars and the Sequel Trilogy. Star Wars fans didn’t like the treatment of Luke Skywalker in the Last Jedi when he was in exile after his Jedi years on Ahch-To Island. Could the upcoming series bridge the gap between Return of the Jedi and the Force Awakens to explain what happened? It might involve the rise of Snoke, Ben Solo becoming Kylo Ren and what eventually happens to Baby Yoda. He might return to Pedro Pascal (Din Djarin) or continue his training. After Gina Carano was fired, the Mandalorian will take a new direction!

Currently, the Clone Wars spin-off the Bad Batch is on Disney+ after the May the 4th premiere and Star Wars Visions and the Book of Boba Fett will release later in the year!
