Grogu Might NOT Appear in The Mandalorian Season 3 1

In this Star Wars news update, we talk about the Mandalorian Season 3 and how Grogu – The Child (Baby Yoda) might not appear in the upcoming season. He is currently training with Luke Skywalker after having been taken by the Jedi Master in the Mandalorian Season 2 Finale – Chapter 16 «The Rescue». Could we have two split storylines where we see Grogu and Luke while Mando (Din Djarin – Pedro Pascal) who now wields the legendary Darksaber after having beaten Moff Gideon will lead Mandalore or at least have to fight Bo-Katan Kryze who desperately wants it.

We also discuss Jedi Fallen Order 2 and a rumor that Darth Maul might make a cameo. I also talk about Katee Sackhoff and how she got her Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels character Bo Katan into live-action after discussions with Dave Filoni.

The Mandalorian Season 2 has come to an end and Lucasfilm have announced a whole set of upcoming Star Wars shows and projects at Disney Investor Day 2020 including Rangers of the New Republic, Star Wars: Ahsoka, Andor, The Book of Boba Fett, Obi-Wan Kenobi series and The Mandalorian Season 3 which drops on Disney+ in 2022 according to Dave Filoni and Jon Favreau.

Where will the Mandalorian take us next? With a filming start date of April 5th, this is such an exciting time to be a Star Wars fan! Will Grogu become the second ever Mandalorian Jedi after Tarre Vizsla? Will he leave Luke’s Jedi Academy?

This is a time of waiting for all Star Wars fans as Disney+ prepares to host a whole range of Star Wars shows. This year, we see Temuera Morrison reprise the role of Boba Fett as well as the release of Star Wars The Bad Batch and Star Wars Visions. There has been many rumors and a whole load of news which includes the Gina Carano controversy ever since she was erased by Lucasfilm and their recent artwork that featured Greef Karga, Moff Gideon, Din Djarin and Ahsoka Tano.

Along with these shows and the Mandalorian’s third season, we look forward to the Ahsoka Tano spin-off series which features Rosario Dawson reprising her role as live-action former Jedi Ahsoka following her activity after Star Wars: Rebels and during the events of the Mandalorian. George Lucas, Dave Filoni, Jon Favreau and Kathleen Kennedy are all confirmed to be working on the series.
